Special Collaboration: Denham x Candiani Denim
Candiani and Jason Denham launch the World’s First Biodegradable Stretch Denim in a very limited edition of pieces. This jean stands out for its original denim aesthetic, comfort, and long-lasting durability. And at the end of its lifecycle, it will return to nature without impacting the environment.
The RAZOR JDCMBSS Blue is an easy, every-day cut jean featuring a slim, contemporary fit.
Fabric: This garment is made with Candiani’s SL7283 Sioux Preshrunk fabric. The most sustainable STRETCH DENIM ever developed by Candiani Denim as this fabric is made from organic cotton and contains Candiani’s COREVA™ Technology, a 100% natural, plant-based rubber stretch yarn making this denim 100% biodegradable. It is composed of Organic Cotton and Candiani’s COREVA Stretch Technology, dyed with Candiani’s Indigo Juice® Technology and sized with Kitotex®, a natural polymer that replaces conventional chemicals and grants a significant reduction of the water and energy used in the process.
Denham the Jeanmaker was founded in Amsterdam in 2008 by Jason Denham. Driven by the pioneering spirit of the original blue jean, DENHAM approaches design with a passion for innovation while honoring tradition. Sustainability has been interwoven into their brand values since day one. From offering life-long repairs on denim to reusing vintage materials and washing their jeans by hand, Denham has always believed in being an eco-conscious company, because the truth is in the details.
