Special Collaboration: Doria & Dojola x Candiani Denim
This limited edition stole was developed to be used in various ways such as a scarf, pareo, or beach towel. Washed down to reveal a gradient finish from a vivid indigo blue to a pale hue, with a streaked effect for a fresh look. Finished with an embroidered blanket stich along its two long edges.
Fabric: This garment is made with Candiani’s SL7276 Sioux Preshrunk selvedge fabric. It features Candiani’s 72 Warp that Gianluigi Candiani, 3rd generation owner of the mill, designed over 30 years ago. This yarn, spun with Organic Cotton fibers, has a unique authentic character and recalls the original jeans of the old days. The Sioux is one of Candiani’s signature colors, a rich and brilliant indigo shade with a red cast. This color is achieved by using Candiani’s Indigo Juice® Technology to dye the yarns and Candiani’s “V” Sizing Technology.
Doria & Dojola is a Milanese brand founded by two creative talents, both graduates from Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design. They combine various creative industries—fine arts, fashion, product design, and jewelry—to create unique and timeless versions. With a keen interest in having only a minimal impact on the environment, they source and treat materials sustainably and with the utmost care.
